What to Expect at Your House Cleaning Estimate

At the scheduled time we will arrive at your home.
While in your home, we will work with you to create a customized cleaning plan,
discuss budget and set mutual expectations for satisfaction.
This meeting is a great opportunity to discuss:

Rooms you would like to have cleaned

Special projects you’d like to have tackled, like refrigerator or oven cleaning

What you liked and did not like about any cleaning services you’ve used in the past

Cleaning supplies, disinfectants, green cleaning, etc. cleaning frequency and your preferred day of service
At the end of the in-home estimate we can schedule your first cleaning appointment.
How to Prepare for Your House Cleaning
To prepare for your house cleaning

Please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces

Please pick up toys and clothes from floor

Find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean
Please don’t spend any time cleaning before we arrive!
What to Expect Before the Clean
Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or spare key. But if you don't feel comfortable leaving us a key or door code, please make sure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time.
If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call us We appreciate a 72 hour notice, but understand that some situations are just unavoidable.
What to Expect During the Clean
If you’re home when your cleaning is scheduled we will happily work around you allowing for your normal activities in the home. If you’re not home, we will dust, vacuum and scrub while you're out enjoying some free time. We arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment. Of course, not all homes are lived in the same way and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual at a home to give it some extra attention. We spend the time needed to get the best possible result.
Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning.

Like in any relationship miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means if you notify us within 24 hours,we will correct the mistake at no charge
